This policy covers ai-gmented.pm and its subdomain forge.ai-gmented.pm (Skill Forge).

Data We Collect

We collect only the data you voluntarily submit through our contact form:

  • Name — to address you in our response
  • Email address — to reply to your enquiry

Apart from the anonymous, cookieless statistics described below, no data is collected automatically. We do not use cookies. We do not use third-party trackers.

Your data is processed solely to respond to your contact request.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (responding to a request initiated by the visitor), in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are sent directly to our email inbox. We do not store form submissions in a database. Emails are retained only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, after which they are deleted.

Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transfer your personal data to any third party.

Skill Forge (forge.ai-gmented.pm)

Skill Forge, our Claude-skill generator, runs entirely in your browser. The answers you provide in its questionnaire are used locally to assemble your skill file and are never transmitted to, nor stored on, any server. The only usage measurement on Skill Forge is an anonymous, cookieless counter (via the same self-hosted Matomo described below): when a skill is generated, we record the skill type and its language — never your questionnaire answers, never the generated content. The contact form available on the subdomain works exactly like the one on the main site and is covered by this policy.

Local Preferences (Theme & Language)

Both sites remember your display preferences — light/dark theme and interface language — using your browser’s localStorage. These values stay on your device, are never transmitted to us or to any third party, contain no identifier, and are not used for tracking. As strictly functional storage, they are exempt from consent requirements. You can clear them at any time via your browser settings.

Analytics

We use Matomo, hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland, for anonymous website statistics. Matomo is configured in cookieless mode and automatically anonymises all data, including IP addresses. We do not process personal data through our analytics.

No consent is required as this configuration is exempt under CNIL guidelines (délibération 2020-091). This is why you won’t find any cookies on this website.

Matomo configuration:

  • Self-hosted on Infomaniak (no data sent to third parties)
  • Cookieless mode (no tracking cookies, no fingerprinting)
  • IP addresses anonymised (last 2 bytes masked)
  • Do Not Track respected
  • Referrers anonymised

No DPO Required
